1. No Return Policy

Sri Lenovo does not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with:

  1. Customers should refuse to accept the delivery
  2. The issue should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel

Sri Lenovo is not responsible for damage claims raised after the delivery has been accepted.

Bulk buyers, wholesalers, distributors, and private label partners are also subject to this No Return and No Refund Policy unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.
